Everything you need to work your way to 100% — how logging works, what the percent means, and the corners of the site you might not have found yet.

The basics

Pick a park from the home page, then tap the plus button beside anything you experience — a ride ridden, a show seen, a restaurant tried, a shop browsed. Each tap logs one visit, and the percent ring at the top of the page climbs as you cover more of the park.

There’s no signup and no password. Your log lives under an anonymous ID in a cookie on your device — see Don’t lose your log below, for more on how to move or save your log.

Logging, and fixing mistakes

• Repeat visits count. Tap plus each time you ride again; the little badge on the button is your lifetime total for that experience. Your percent counts each experience once, so repeats don’t inflate it.
• Tapped by accident? An Undo button appears in the notification at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds after each tap.
• Missed the undo? Tap the experience’s name or photo to open its detail panel. Your visit history is there, with a Remove button beside each entry. You can delete any visit, not just the last one.
• That same panel holds the full description, a photo when we have one, and links to show the experience on the park map, report a problem with it, or send us a better photo.

Finding things in a park

• The chips under the park name filter the list to just rides, shows, dining, or shops.
• The search box finds an experience by name — handy in a park with a lot of them.
• Each land collapses: tap its heading to fold it away.
• A sparkle next to a name marks a seasonal experience — something that only runs part of the year, like a holiday overlay. It still counts toward your percent.

What the percent means

Your park percent is the share of the park’s currently listed experiences you’ve logged at least once. By default all four types count. Don’t care about 100-percenting the shops? Choose which types count toward your big number on your data page — the stats page still shows all four either way.

My stats and badges

The percent ring at the top of every park page is a button — tap it to see your park stats. This shows your progress by type and by land, your most-logged experiences, a calendar of the days you’ve logged, and your badges.

Badges arrive on their own as you log: crossing 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of a park, completing a land, hitting visit-count milestones, and a few sillier ones — Rope Drop for logging before 9am park time, Closing Time for logging after 10pm (and one more, for the truly nocturnal). Every badge can be downloaded or shared as an image.

Finish a park entirely and you’ll know it when it happens — and you can save the moment as a picture to share. Every 100% image’s confetti burst is unique to you and that park.

Using it in the park

• It works offline. Any park page you’ve opened before keeps working with no signal. Taps are saved on your device and sync by themselves when you’re back online — you’ll see “Saved offline” instead of the usual confirmation.
• Install it. Add ParkPercent to your home screen (in your browser’s share or menu options) and it opens full screen like an app.
• Prefer paper? Every park page links to a printable checklist at the bottom.
• Something looks broken? If the site ever loads unstyled or stops responding to taps, reset this browser’s cached copy. It clears cached web files only — your log is not affected.

Don’t lose your log

Because your log is tied to a cookie, clearing your browser’s cookies orphans it. Your data page has everything you need to prevent that:

• Send to another device. Generate a one-time code and open the link — or scan the QR — on your other device, and both share one log. Codes work once and expire in 15 minutes.
• Attach a recovery email. Then if you ever lose the cookie, recover your log with your email. It’s used for recovery and nothing else.
• Download a backup. Export your whole log as a JSON file any time, and restore it from the same page later.
• Delete everything. Also there, if you want it — permanent and immediate, no grace period.
