Licence

The blurbs and the data collection are published under CC BY 4.0 — use them for anything, including commercially, as long as you credit “ParkPercent.com”. The underlying facts are based on publicly available sources. Ride, park and resort names belong to their operators, and we’re not affiliated with any of them.

Items of note

Closed and seasonal experiences are included, with status on every row, so you can see what used to be there (at least after 2026). That means a plain row count won’t match the numbers elsewhere on the site — filter status != 'closed' to reproduce those. Right now that’s 1275 of 1276.

Coordinates come with a confidence flag. Where coordinates_confirmed is true, someone checked that position, either on a map, or in person. Where it’s false or the position is blank, treat it as approximate or missing — the GeoJSON leaves those rows out and says how many.

Citing it

The file is generated fresh every time you download it, so it changes as the catalogue does. If you cite it, please cite the date you downloaded — the JSON and GeoJSON carry a generated timestamp for that purpose.
